Conflict is everywhere – understanding how we manage conflict is crucial to achieving the best outcomes. The Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict profile helps learners improve self-awareness around conflict behaviors, understand how to manage their responses, and gain personalized communication strategies when engaging in productive conflict.

Successfully completing Navigating Difficult Conversations will enable learners to:

  • Understand their personal response to conflict and how to adapt to another’s conflict management style for a more collaborate approach to problem-solving.

  • Explore both the destructive and productive conflict behaviors of each DiSC style.

  • Discover the reasons behind destructive responses to conflict and how to reframe those responses to be more positive.
