Cindy has been very active within the Colorado PCA, CCHN (Colorado Community Health Network), working with fellow fiscal directors on improving the CO Medicaid cost reporting process and advocating for changes beneficial to CHCs. In each experience, she focused on developing teams that work together toward the desired outcomes for the benefit of others. Additionally, she has designed and implemented new technologies to improve reporting capabilities and financial planning and analysis activities. She enjoys budgeting and believes when they are used properly, as a tool alongside strategic planning, they are really helpful
