Indications for recommending an alternative therapy for treatment-resistant major depression
Access (cost, insurance coverage) of treatment alternatives available in Wyoming

Discuss common reporting errors and tips for success
Review key resources and supports available
Attendees will:
Gain an understanding of reporting the UDS including:
The patient profile
Reporting clinical services and quality of care indicators
Operational and financial tables
Other required UDS reporting forms
Learn about the new requirements included in 2024 reporting
Learn tips for success including strategies for submission
Receive valuable resources that provide further reporting guidance

Health workforce
Maternal health

Amount of funding and duration of grant program

HRSA UDS+ Informational Session
Please join HRSA and the UDS+ team for the Region 8 Fall UDS patient-level submission (UDS+) Information Session on Thursday, October 10, 2024, from 3 - 4 p.m. Eastern Time. The purpose of this meeting is to review the CY2024 UDS+ submission (due April 30, 2025), available resources, common questions and next steps. Health centers, PCAs, HCCNs, and HRSA regional representatives are invited to this meeting.
A Zoom link is provided below, and registration is required. The Zoom link is the same for all Regions (except Region 4). Please select your region in the registration form and provide any questions you have about the CY2024 UDS+ submission or your specific submission questions. We will not be able to answer every question during the meeting but will follow-up with you as needed.
