Please join HRSA and the UDS+ team for the Region 8 Fall UDS patient-level submission (UDS+) Information Session on Thursday, October 10, 2024, from 3 - 4 p.m. Eastern Time. The purpose of this meeting is to review the CY2024 UDS+ submission (due April 30, 2025), available resources, common questions and next steps. Health centers, PCAs, HCCNs, and HRSA regional representatives are invited to this meeting.

 A Zoom link is provided below, and registration is required. The Zoom link is the same for all Regions (except Region 4). Please select your region in the registration form and provide any questions you have about the CY2024 UDS+ submission or your specific submission questions. We will not be able to answer every question during the meeting but will follow-up with you as needed.

Health center staff in leadership positions, quality improvement, and/or Health IT roles are encouraged to attend the regional meeting, but you are welcome to share the Zoom registration link with anyone in your organization who is interested. The meeting will be recorded and available to share with those who were unable to attend.
