Session 6 of the 6-part Emergency Preparedness Series
Prevent Workplace Violence with De-escalation Training
At Wyoming Primary Care Association, we understand the gravity and risk that workplace violence poses. That's why we're excited to offer our Workplace Violence and De-escalation Training program to our member Health Centers.
This comprehensive training program, hosted by Connect Consulting Services, is designed to equip your staff with the skills and knowledge to prevent, identify, and respond to workplace violence. Our experienced instructors provide a training that tackles real-life scenarios and practical strategies to handle conflicts before they turn violent.
This training covers various topics, including conflict assessment and early recognition, de-escalation techniques, and crisis response. By participating in this training, staff will learn how to identify early warning signs to prevent incidents before they occur, how to communicate effectively with aggressors, and how to handle a situation calmly and with confidence.
This training is FREE to all WYPCA-member health centers and is session 6 of the 6-part Emergency Preparedness Plan Builder series.
Emergency Preparedness Leads at WYPCA-member Health Centers should attend.
This session is conducted by Connect Consulting Services, an industry leader in emergency planning and training.
