WYPCA’s annual UDS training will be held on the following dates in the morning. This is a 2-part training so plan to attend both if you support UDS reporting at your health center. Exact times and details are coming soon!

Objectives
Understand the who, what, when, where, and how of UDS reporting
Discuss common reporting errors and tips for success
Review key resources and supports available
Attendees will:
Gain an understanding of reporting the UDS including:
The patient profile
Reporting clinical services and quality of care indicators
Operational and financial tables
Other required UDS reporting forms
Learn about the new requirements included in 2024 reporting
Learn tips for success including strategies for submission
Receive valuable resources that provide further reporting guidance

HRSA grant programs designed to address health care-related challenges and opportunities at the local or regional levels within a state, including HRSA grant programs for which funding opportunities, are forecast to be released within the next 4 months. Community-based organizations such as clinics, health centers, and hospitals as well as organizations that support community-based organizations are eligible to apply.
Grant programs focused on the following topics and populations will be covered:
Rural health
Primary care
Health workforce
Maternal health
The following will be provided for each grant program:
Purpose of the grant program
Amount of funding and duration of grant program
Approximate dates when funding opportunities will be released

Approximately 70 percent of workplace change initiatives fail to produce desired results. In most cases these initiatives fail not because leaders don’t know what to do to implement workplace change, but rather because they aren’t skilled in how to implement change.
